Returns & Exchanges

At Centric, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your expectations. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the gear upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
